Jordan, COO of E78 Partners, has a history of delivering operational and delivery excellence at global service and tech companies. 

She served as a Global Business Services Account Partner at IBM Oil & Gas. She previously held senior leadership roles at AECOM, where she was Director of Global Operations. Her expertise is in executive leadership, operational excellence, transformation execution, talent development and sales operations. 

Jordan received her BA and MA from George Washington University and American University in Cairo. She is a competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai practitioner, serves as the Education Director at Houston School of Improv, and most importantly, is a proud wife and mother.
