Shelly Kilpatrick

Managing Director, Practice Operations

Shelly supports the Chief Operating Officer in Practice Operations internally for E78. She applies her passion for people, process and technology to leading process improvement, team development, and technology optimization with a focus on client service excellence. Prior to Practice Operations, Shelly served as Finance and Accounting Advisory practice leader, as well as fractional CFO on E78 client engagements.

Prior to E78, she spent her career in accounting and finance leadership roles for multiple private, public and nonprofit companies in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, CPG and consumer finance, among other industries. She also supported or led numerous technology improvement or conversion projects and mergers/acquisitions.

Shelly is a CPA in the state of Texas, has an MBA from St. Edward’s University and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. In her spare time she runs a rental property Fredericksburg, TX.
