Jared Elfvin joins Element78’s Real Estate Fund Services practice with over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, including key officer and director positions and labor committee representation roles. Most recently, he oversaw investments in multi-family housing through private funds and led real estate investments at a Chicago-based, private REIT. He has extensive expertise in capital raising, deal underwriting, financial reporting, inspections, lender and investor relations, deal closings and asset management post-closing.
