Executive Managing Director – Head of Account Management
As E78’s firm development owner, Jonathan focuses on sales, marketing, business development, partner development and positioning the company for organic growth. Jonathan consistently works to recognize patterns of client challenges and trends, then evaluates which are opportunities to enhance the E78 suite of offerings, either by building a new service line internally, or through partnering relationships with best-in-class vendors, ensuring absolute client satisfaction.
Prior to E78, Jonathan was responsible for revenue growth and firm development at 9Gauge Partners, helping build out the firm’s sales and marketing strategy and engine and identifying new services and solutions to bring to clients until their acquisition in 2020. In each of Jonathan’s previous roles at firms including SmartDog Services, an Oracle Platinum Partner; USI; Collective Technologies; and Pencom Systems, Jonathan held responsibility for sales and marketing strategy as well as successful execution, and managing teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
When not at work, Jonathan enjoys time with his family and making memories with his two boys he’s incredibly proud of. He also enjoys hiking and running marathons to raise money for children’s charities. Jonathan also coaches CEOs and helps them design and execute revenue growth strategies. Jonathan obtained his Accounting degree from Kingsborough College and his Business degree in Communications from SUNY Buffalo.
