Rob’s experience is all about leading organizations through periods of accelerated growth and fundamental change, allowing him to bridge Accounting Services and Business Applications. Rob was CFO at NetCreations (NASDAQ), Return Path (VC based) and 2 Fintech SaaS companies (VC based) with COMPLY resulting in an exit to Vista Partners. Rob was also the Global CFO of Atari, the gaming company, (NYSE Euronext) and led it through its restructuring process in the US. Rob started his journey at KPMG focusing on financial services in NYC and was Asst. Corporate Controller at W.R. Berkley Corp (NASDAQ).
A common theme among these companies and experiences is an entrepreneurial mindset allowing Rob to work effectively in the consulting world at times during his career. Rob places a primary focus on creating positive change to maximize revenues, profitability, and shareholder value through a total team approach.
Rob holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and a CPA license in New York. He was also recognized by Edison Partners as an inductee into its CFO Hall of Fame for his time at COMPLY. When Rob’s not working, he values spending time with family and keeping up with all of his 2 sons’ activities (coaching when needed!). He enjoys skiing and playing golf, but particularly likes to take advantage of the beaches and parks that the Jersey Shore has to offer.
