Prior to E78, Carmen served as a Senior Advisor at Achieve Unite, advising enterprise sales and channel organizations on growth and leadership development. He has held leadership roles at AWS, Commvault, Sungard Availability Services, Tangoe, and Alcatel-Lucent, with a track record of driving significant revenue expansion—including scaling channel revenue from $20M to $300M.
Earlier in his career, Carmen held engineering and product roles at AT&T and Bell Laboratories, supporting advanced communications systems for the U.S. Department of Defense.
