Most interim engagements are designed to culminate with a permanent hire. One month into the engagement, our interim executive will share observations about the role with you and, with your approval, with our in-house Executive Search team for purposes of building the ideal candidate specification. A search can then be launched to identify top candidates in the marketplace to fill the permanent position. After the final candidate is selected, 2-4 weeks of overlap with the interim executive would be built into the plan to allow for a seamless transition.
