Connor DeFiore is a Managing Director at E78 Partners, where he works with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle. He leads relationships with PE sponsors and oversees engagements ranging from pre-acquisition financial diligence to post-close accounting and FP&A, outsourced managed services, and interim CFO and controller placements. He also helps portfolio companies modernize their finance function through technology, including ERP implementations such as NetSuite, EPM platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning, and AI-enabled finance transformation. Sponsors bring Connor in when a portfolio company needs experienced finance leadership quickly, whether through a dedicated interim leader or an outsourced finance team that scales up or down as the business moves through acquisition, integration, and growth.
Before joining E78, Connor was a consultant at Deloitte. He began his career in Boston Scientific’s Finance Leadership Development Program, building a foundation in corporate finance and FP&A.
Connor holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College.
