James (“Jim”) Dimitriou is a Senior Managing Director leading the Business Development team, where he partners closely with the sales team to cultivate new opportunities across the financial sponsor and corporate community.
With over 40 years of experience, Jim has a proven track record of solving complex challenges, building businesses, and driving growth. Throughout his career, he has led divisions up to $300M in revenue and 600 team members, consistently delivering results through a hands-on coaching style and strategic leadership.
Jim is passionate about collaboration, team-based selling, and cross-functional success. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, travel, and cooking and is a proud supporter of military veterans through the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
