OAK BROOK, Ill., October 05, 2026 – E78 Partners today announced its acquisition of Serviam, a technology advisory and vendor management firm. The transaction closed on September 15, 2026.
The acquisition expands E78’s Technology Solutions capabilities, combining its expertise in strategic sourcing, technology expense management and transformation with Serviam’s strengths in vendor management, contract negotiation and ongoing governance. Together, the teams will help clients make better technology decisions, negotiate stronger agreements and hold vendors accountable throughout the technology lifecycle.
