Jessica Leonard -
Jess holds the position of Sr. Managing Director and leads the Accounting Advisory Services practice at E78. With over 17 years of expertise in accounting, finance, consulting, and private equity, Jess is a valuable asset to the team. Prior to E78, she was a Partner and CFO at a private equity firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. Her extensive experience in private equity includes serving on the Investment Committee, where she was involved in deal sourcing and execution, as well as contributing to Portfolio Management and Value Creation teams.
Sabiha McConnell -
Sabiha serves as Sr. Managing Director in our Accounting Advisory practice and brings over two decades of public accounting and consulting expertise spanning diverse industries such as manufacturing, oil field services, retail, oil and gas, and energy. Her specialties encompass SEC reporting, technical accounting, internal controls and audits, pre-audit and IPO preparedness, system implementations, and business process transformation and enhancement. Before transitioning to consulting, Sabiha held the position of SEC Audit Partner at MaloneBailey and Senior Manager at BDO, where she oversaw financial statement and internal control audits for both public and private enterprises.
Marko Horvat -
Marko serves as a Managing Director in E78’s Accounting Advisory practice, assisting private equity and middle-market firms in developing top-tier finance and accounting functions. Before joining E78, he held the position of Vice President at Gartner, focusing on research and advisory services for CFOs and finance transformation leaders. Marko’s diverse experience includes roles as a CFO, controller, and head of financial planning and analysis, leading transformation initiatives across various industries such as public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Marko is a licensed CPA in California, where he resides.
