Among this year’s promotions are three senior-level advancements:
Michael Honeycutt -
Michael serves as a Managing Director within E78’s FP&A practice, bringing extensive experience leading leveraged finance analysis, corporate valuations, investment return modeling, and scenario-based forecasting across a range of industries. He has supported both large organizations and entrepreneurial ventures, including real estate projects and startups, providing strategic financial analysis and growth-focused planning. Michael is known for developing practical frameworks and decision-support tools that enhance clarity, efficiency, and executive-level decision making.
Jake Lunney -
Jake serves as a Senior Managing Director at E78, leading the firm’s Adaptive Services practice and partnering with enterprise software provider Workday to help private equity and middle-market companies modernize planning, budgeting, and reporting. He oversees a team of consultants focused on implementing and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning while also supporting business development and client strategy. He began his career at Capital One in its financial analyst rotational program and holds a BA in Economics and Chemistry from UNC Chapel Hill.
Skylor Rayburn -
Skylor serves as a Senior Managing Director on E78’s Talent Solutions team. He is an accomplished advisor and operator with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives, including operating model design, process improvement, organizational redesign, shared services and outsourcing, management reporting, cost reduction, and systems implementation. Skylor brings cross-industry experience spanning manufacturing, life sciences, retail, telecommunications, high-tech, media, industrial, and consumer products. Prior to joining E78, he was a Finance Operating Partner at Littlejohn & Company and previously held leadership roles within the CFO Advisory practices at AlixPartners, Alvarez & Marsal, and KPMG. Skylor holds an MBA from Purdue University’s Daniels School of Management and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago and is a CPA in Illinois.
