Guy Even-Chen

Guy Even-Chen is a consummate entrepreneur and current Managing Director within the Technology Solutions business unit at E78. His extensive career spans across telecom, technology, and trading platforms, showcasing a robust background in enhancing and modernizing enterprise-grade network and communications systems.

Launching his career after his service in the Israeli Army, Guy first honed his expertise in voice networking at WorldCom. He subsequently was brought on by Etrali, tasked with driving growth across financial, energy, and command-and-control markets globally.

Skylor Rayburn

Skylor is a Managing Director of our Talent Solutions team. He is an accomplished advisor and operator with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale finance transformations.
