Gina Davalos is the Senior Director for the Organization Change Management Practice at E78 Partners. She is crucial in driving and managing transformations for our clients, including ERPs, Cloud, digital, AI, and robotics. Gina ensures alignment and readiness with stakeholders, leaders, and cross-functional teams. She leverages her experience and expertise in people, processes, data, and technology to drive smooth transitions.
Before joining E78 Partners, Gina held multiple leadership roles or consulted within Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, Aon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tyson, and United Airlines. She also played a vital role in transforming the clinical, research, and business practices at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Gina has managed large organizations, comprised of diverse functional teams.
Gina holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Change from Benedictine University and completed the Business Administration Executive Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition, she earned an MS in Information Systems from DePaul University and completed the CIO Boot Camp at the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. Gina is also certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Gina gives back to the community by serving on boards and coaching future leaders.
