His renowned ability to elevate operational capabilities has made him a cornerstone in the consulting industry.
Before joining E78, Brendan was a Partner within PwC’s Customer Transformation Practice, demonstrating an unparalleled knack for reinventing customer engagement models. His visionary leadership was further exemplified during his tenure at FTI Consulting, where he successfully launched and led their Revenue & Customer Transformation Practice.
Brendan’s career also includes a pivotal role as an Executive Director at EY, where his strategic initiatives left a lasting impact on the firm’s growth and client success. His extensive background and proven track record position him perfectly to drive transformative change within E78, ensuring our clients benefit from cutting-edge strategies for operational excellence.
Brendan holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and completed the Executive Leadership Program in Management Consulting from Harvard Business School.
