E78 Partners Acquires IT Advisory Services Leader The Avail Group

Acquisition adds new solutions to help clients aggregate network connectivity services and reduce IT spend

OAK BROOK, Ill. — June 13, 2024 — E78 Partners (“E78”), a leading provider of advisory, talent, and managed solutions that address the critical finance, technology, and transformation challenges faced by asset managers, private equity sponsors, and corporate leaders across the middle-market through Fortune 500 companies, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of The Avail Group, an IT advisory firm that designs, deploys, integrates, and manages complex lifecycle technologies including network and cloud, wireless and data, connectivity, IP, and virtualization. The acquisition will strengthen E78’s strategic channel sourcing and advisory practice, adding over 90 years of IT services experience and access to an ecosystem of strategic global relationships with providers across the spectrum of IT services. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Middletown, New Jersey, The Avail Group has direct relationships with over 100 of the world’s largest network connectivity providers, enabling them to design, deploy, and manage mission critical IT systems and private networks for global enterprises. For companies with distributed networks, The Avail Group can aggregate network providers and become a single point of contact for their management, allowing businesses to significantly reduce their IT spend. The firm serves over 100 large global enterprises including Fortune 500 companies, leading financial institutions, and healthcare organizations.

By joining forces with E78 we will be able to bring our unique solution set to a wider base of clients than ever before and provide our existing clients streamlined access to E78’s full range of services.

The Avail Group will operate as a service line under E78’s Strategic Sourcing and Advisory Practice within the Technology Business Unit, which is focused on increasing client profitability by eliminating technology and communications overspend while optimizing voice, data, wireless, and related IT systems. The Avail Group’s services will be immediately available to all E78 clients via the company’s existing advisory services practice and recently launched Nexus Marketplace.
