Guy Even-Chen is a consummate entrepreneur and current Managing Director within the Technology Solutions business unit at E78. His extensive career spans across telecom, technology, and trading platforms, showcasing a robust background in enhancing and modernizing enterprise-grade network and communications systems.
Launching his career after his service in the Israeli Army, Guy first honed his expertise in voice networking at WorldCom. He subsequently was brought on by Etrali, tasked with driving growth across financial, energy, and command-and-control markets globally. His proven ability to spearhead major technological overhauls led him to WestCom, where he played a pivotal role in transitioning outdated systems to cutting-edge IP networks, culminating in the sale of the company to IPC, facilitated by One Equity Partners and SilverLake Partners.
Guy also co-founded The Avail Group, a global IT consulting firm recognized for its comprehensive services ranging from voice and data connectivity to advanced solutions in data centers, cloud technologies, Big Data analytics, virtualization, wireless, and mobile networks. This venture particularly underscores his commitment to supporting Fortune 500 companies in their technological advancements across various industries. The Avail Group was acquired by E78 in 2024. Outside of his professional endeavors, Guy is a dedicated family man, proud father to five daughters, and husband to a special education teacher. Together, they are active supporters of organizations dedicated to children on the Autism spectrum, championing causes that enhance quality of life and accessibility to resources.
