Sabiha brings over 20 years public accounting and consulting experience across various industries, including manufacturing, oil field services, retail, oil and gas, and energy. Her areas of focus include SEC reporting, technical accounting, internal controls and internal audits, pre-audit and IPO readiness, system implementations, and business process transformation and improvement. Sabiha’s technical background, experience, and aptitude allow her to help clients both strategically and tactically. She’s always looking for the right solution for our clients, ready to match the right talent to the need.
Prior to consulting, Sabiha served as an SEC Audit Partner at MaloneBailey and Senior Manager at BDO where she was responsible for conducting financial statement and internal control audits for publicly traded and private companies. She was also a Controller for a global plastic distributor and manufacturer, where she was responsible for managing accounting, financial analysis, logistics and information technology departments.
