Skylor is a Managing Director of our Talent Solutions team. He is an accomplished advisor and operator with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale finance transformations. His experience encompasses the design and execution of process improvement, operating models, organizational redesign, shared services/outsourcing, management reporting, cost reduction, and systems. Furthermore, Skylor has diverse industry experience, including manufacturing, life sciences, retail, telecommunications, high-tech, media, and industrial as well as consumer products.
Prior to joining E78, Skylor was a Finance Operating Partner at Littlejohn & Company. Prior to Littlejohn, Skylor held leadership roles in the CFO Advisory practices at AlixPartners, Alvarez & Marsal, and KPMG.
Skylor holds an MBA from Purdue University, Daniels School of Management and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago. Skylor is a CPA in the state of Illinois.
