Prior to his groundbreaking work with Outliers, LLC, Dan accumulated a rich tapestry of experience. He held the esteemed position of Group CFO for Riverside Micro-Cap Fund I, II, III, cementing his status as a foremost authority in financial management and strategy.

He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo and a Master of Business Administration from the distinguished Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
