Niki is a Director of Technology Solutions with over 20 years of professional recruiting experience. She is responsible for recruiting for our Talent Solutions and internal E78 Partners team on a national level. She is very focused on identifying, cultivating, and managing the ongoing relationships with the candidates that E78 Partners presents to its clients and hires for internal teams. She works hand in hand with the company’s executive leadership team to ensure the highest quality of candidates.
Niki has a history of developing trusted relationships with consultants and employees as she has helped position them for success by strategizing and partnering with them to help them in their careers. Some of her core areas of recruitment are Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, Digital Operations, and Fund Accounting specializing in Private Equity.
Niki holds a B.A. in Business from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine.
