Ofelia is a Managing Director of our Tax, Audit, and Compliance practice at E78 Partners. Prior to E78 Partners, she was a Partner at Stern Cassello & Associates, LLC.
Ofelia specializes in managing client engagements for Private Equity and Venture Capital (“PE and VC”) clients. She also supports family offices, individuals and other entity types. She focuses on engagement management and operational excellence by overseeing the day-to-day interactions and expectations of clients. She works with her staff to provide a range of accounting, tax preparation, financial statement preparation, audit support, and PE/VC administration services. She supervises the development of the accounting staff, providing guidance and mentoring for the group. Ofelia plays an integral part in new business development by engaging in opportunities through networking, attending industry functions and building solid client relationships. She continues to expand her technical and professional knowledge through exposure to new client situations, training opportunities, and ongoing education.
Ofelia joined Stern Cassello & Associates in 2007 as an Accountant and was promoted to Director in 2015. Ofelia received her Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. Ofelia is a licensed CPA in the State of Illinois.
