Ben loves the relationship aspect of client service and focuses on providing his clients with tailored solutions for financial and operational efficiency, best practices, and scalability. His clients are concentrated in healthcare, industrial services, and professional services.
Ben has more than 30 years’ experience in all aspects of core financial operations of early stage/startup enterprises, from Fortune 500 subsidiaries, healthcare organizations, professional services firms, to non-profit educational institutions. He has extensive experience working on post-acquisition integration of private equity acquired entities, performing opening balance sheet/purchase price accounting/net working capital activities; treasury management setup; systems implementation and post-acquisition support.
Ben is an avid sports fan, especially college football. On Saturdays in the Fall, you will find him grilling and watching SEC football, particularly his alma mater Mississippi State. Ben also enjoys traveling to the beach, golfing, and spending time with his two grown daughters. His Australian Terrier, Spencer, commands his attention while at home in Dallas.
